Status of Lawsuit
I was wondering do we have confirmation paperwork that the suit has been withdrawn? I am also wondering if there is going to be an answer given as to who authorized this to be filed was it the BOD and if not what they are going to do about this mess it caused.

Contingency Previous Races
Can we get an answer as to when we will get the contingency that is owed to us from earlier races. I have teams that are still asking for thier contingency from the Midnight Race and before and are deciding if they are going to race RATR.
I would like to get this handled once and for all so that we can get a BIG TURNOUT of trucks for the last race of the year. This is a problem that needs to get handled right away

yesterday the status of the withdrawal was looked into and unfortunately the attorney who filed it was not able to file it till yesterday due to being out of the office. He did receive notification of dropping the cause on the Wednesday prior to the race. The defendants are aware of this. As for who authorized it to be filed, the current BOD's had been discussing filing it and there was some confusion as who was in favor for filing it and when to file. So it happened to be filed prematurely, we are aware of the frustration this caused to some of the membership and are sorry for that. It was not filed to damage SNORE in anyway, the purpose was to help SNORE and allow the membership to decide.
Now that the SNORE 250 is over and have some time before our next event, I will be assisting our contingency director in contacting all the companies who owe racers contingency and getting them to you all ASAP.
Sorry for the inconvenience, we understand the frustration, and will be working on resolving this issue.
