Advanced Air Cleaner Systems - All Races/Classes:  1st Place $100 gift certificate toward filter replacement.  2 decals – 1 on each side.

 

Auto Meter Products – All Races/Classes:  1st Place $100 gift certificate.  Must use Auto Meter gauges.  2 decals – 1 on each side.  Minimum 3 entries in class.

 

Baja Designs/SolteK – All Classes/Midnight Special Race Only - The highest finisher in each class that meets our contingency requirements will receive one of the following:  $250 toward product if you are the class winner or $150 toward product for top qualified finisher.  There is only one award per class.  All night races are eligible.  Rules:  Vehicle must have at least 2 SolteK lights and no competing headlights over 4” in diameter.  Two 40 sq in SolteK/BajaDesigns decals are required, one on each side of the vehicle.  No other lighting company decals can be on the vehicle.  Vehicle must finish race.  Class must have a minimum of 6 entrants to qualify.  All contingency claims must be submitted with official race results, a completed claim form, and proof of contingency compliance signed by race promoter.  Claim forms must be submitted within 45 days of event.  Awards can be accumulated throughout the year, but must be claimed by January 31, 2009.  Baja Designs/SolteK sponsored racers are not eligible.  Press Coverage Contingency:  If our name gets mentioned in a magazine in connection with your vehicle you will receive $50 cash.  If a picture of your vehicle appears in a magazine with our lights and decal visible you will receive $100 cash.  All contingency claims must be submitted with a copy of the publication and a completed claim form.

 

Bill Shapley Racing Engines and Transaxles - All Races/Class 1, 2, 10, 12, 1‑2/1600, 5, 5-1600, 9, 11, Champ, Unltd Sptsmn Buggy, Ltd Sptsmn Buggy:  1st Place $200 off labor next motor service.  $200 off labor next trans service.  Minimum 3 entries in class.  Must run product and 2 decals - 1 on each side.

 

Bilstein Shocks:  All Races/Classes:  1st Place $100 product/service.  Must use Bilstein shocks exclusively. 2 decals – 1 one each side.

 

Blo-Me Racing – All Races/Classes:   1st Place $100 in product.  2 decals – 1 on each side.

 

BTR Wheels -  All Races/Classes:  1st Place $50 gift certificate.  2 decals – 1 on each side.

 

DFT - Dave Folts Transmissions -  All Races/Class 1-2/1600 & 5-1600:  1st Place $200 toward labor.  Must run Folts transmission.  2 decals – 1 on each side.

 

De Nunzio Racing Products – All Races/Classes:  1st Place 33% off any purchase up to $300; 2nd Place 25% off any purchase up to $300; 3rd Place 17% off any purchase up to $300.  Must have 2 official De Nunzio Products decals, 1 on each side of vehicle, and must be visible 20’ from vehicle.  No computer generated decals w/o prior written approval from De Nunzio Racing Products.  Classes must have a minimum of 5 starters.  Vehicle must complete entire event in allotted time.  No combined classes.  Prize is void 90 days after the official event date.  De Nunzio Racing Products reserves the right to refuse prizes based on nonprofessional or unsportsman-like conduct.

 

DirtBagz -  All Races/Classes (except Class 7, Ultd Sptsmn):  1st place $50 in product.  2 decals – 1 on each side.  Minimum 4 entries in class.

 

DJ Safety - All Races/Classes:  Overall winner $100 certificate toward product.  2 decals – 1 on each side.

 

Dusty Times - All Classes/Races:  $100 to last official finisher of each race regardless of class.

 

Dynomax Exhaust – All Races/Classes:  1st Place $100 gift certificate.  Must use Dynomax  muffler(s) exclusively.  2 decals – 1 on each side.  Minimum 3 entries in class.

 

F & L Fuel - All Races/Classes (except 9, Champ, Ltd. Sptsmn, Ultd. Sptsmn):  1st Place 30 gallons; 2nd Place 15 gallons; 3rd Place 10 gallons.  All product awards are in the form of product.  2 14-inch decals – 1 on each side must be visible from both sides of race vehicle.   Minimum 3 cars per class.

 

Fat Performance - All Races/Class 1, 5, 5-1600, 9, 10, 11, Champ, 12, 1-2/1600:  1st Place $50 gift certificate.  Must have Fat Performance engine and decal.

 

Filter Mag – All Races/2 Classes Per Race:  1 Filter Mag per race to 2 Last Official Finishers drawn at awards. 

 

FOA Shock Absorbers:  All Races/Classes:  Shocks & Bump Stops - 1st Place $250 in product; 2nd Place $150 in product; 3rd place $75 in product.  Oil Accumulator - 1st Place $25 in product; 2nd Place $25 in product; 3rd Place $25 in product.  Use of product required.  2 decals - 1 one on each side.

 

Fox Racing Shox -  All Races/Classes:   1st Place $300 gift certificate to Trophy Truck; 1st Place $100 gift certificate all other classes.  2 decals – 1 on each side.  Exclusive use of product.  Minimum 3 entries in class.

 

Gear One - All Races/Class UT, 1, 2, 10, 12, 1-2/1600, 5, 5-1600, TL:  1st Place $150 gift certificate toward Gear One product.  Certificates may be combined for use.  Certificates expire in one (1) year.  2 decals - 1 on each side. 

 

Giant Motorsports:  Battle at Primm/1450:  $500 in product awarded to an entered driver whose name will be pulled out of a hat.  Must start race.  1450 ORG will be hosting the drawing.  The award can only be used toward parts or product produced by Giant.  Heim joints, shocks, fiberglass, seats, etc., are excluded.  Must run 2 decals - 1 on each side.

 

Honest-1 Auto Care:  All Races/Class 1, 10, 12, 1-2/1600, 5, 5-1600:  $50 gift certificate toward oil change or labor.  Different awards for different races.

 

Hot Graphics:  All Races/Classes:  1, 10, 12, 1-2/1600, 5-1600, 9, 11, Champ:  1st Place $50 in vinyl or banner products or $25 in sublimation products, mugs, cozies, shirts, etc.  No other sign competitor decals.  Must finish all miles.  2 decals - 1 on each side.  Minimum 3 entries in class.

 

Howe Performance Inc. – All Races/Classes that can run power steering:  1st Place $100 off power steering service (labor only).  2 decals – 1 on each side.

 

KAT MetalWorks – All Races/Class 1, 10, 12, 1/2-1600, 9, 5-1600, 11, Champ:  1st Place $50 labor.  2 decals – 1 on each side.

 

KC HiLiTES HID LIGHTS - All Races/Classes:  $1000 Product or $400 in Cash to 1st in Class. Exclusive Use of KC HiLites. Must Have a Minimum of Two 6" or 8" KC Hid Lights. KC Covers must Be in Place When Vehicle Is Presented to the Contingency Inspector and must Remain in Place While Racing in Daylight Hours. Lights must Be Forward Facing. Contingency Inspector Will Supply KC Covers When Needed. Two Round 8" KC Decals - One on Each Side. KC Patch Required on Drivers Suit. Proof of Purchase or Serial Numbers May Be Required. Note: In Case You Have KC HID Lights and KC Daylighters (Halogen), You Are Only Eligible for One Award.  Minimum 3 entries in class.

 

KC HiLiTES DAYLIGHTERS (HALOGEN) – All Races/Classes:  $300 Product or $150 Cash to 1st in Class. Exclusive Use of KC HiLites. Must Use a Minimum of Two 6" or 8" Round KC Lights. KC Covers must Be in Place When Vehicle Is Presented to the Contingency Inspector and must Remain in Place While Racing in Daylight Hours. Lights must Be Forward Facing. Contingency Inspector Will Supply KC Covers When Needed. Two Round 8" KC Decals - One on Each Side. KC Patch Required on Drivers Suit.  Minimum 3 entries in class.

 

K&N Filters - All Races/Classes:  1st Place $100 gift certificate in class.  Must use K&N air cleaner.  If an outer wrap is used, it must be K&N.  2 decals – 1 on each side.  Minimum 3 entries in class.

 

King Shocks – All Races/Classes:  1st Place $100 in product/service call.  Must use King Shocks exclusively.  2 decals – 1 on each side.

 

Lothringer Engineering – All Races/Class 1, 5-1600, 9, 10, 12, 1/2 –1600, Champ:  1st Place $100 labor certificate.  Must run chassis.  2 decals – 1 on each side.

 

Lucas Oil – All Races/Classes:  1st Place $50 certificate in all classes for Lucas Oil products (must have 3 starters in class).  Also 4th Place with 10 cars or more and 7th Place with 15 cars or more.  Certificate can be used at participating retailers (listed on certificate).  Must Have Proof of Purchase of $50.00 or more of Lucas Oil Products from Crew Racing (www.gotlucasoil.com) at Contingency Row or any Lucas Oil off-road retailer.  Display LUCAS OIL sticker on both sides of Race Car/Truck in plain view (not in wheel wells).  Also 20% off discount coupon for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place (coupon honored through Crew Racing at Contingency only).  All Lucas Oil products at racer price at Contingency from Crew Racing only (not at retailer).  Lucas Oil Contingency Fund -  Here's how it works:  Lucas Oil starts the fund out with $100 and adds $25 for every time a $500 mark is reached in Lucas Oil Products sold.  For every $50 your race team spends on product from Crew Racing, Lucas puts $5 in the fund and your team has a chance to WIN the $50 back and a Lucas Oil shirt and hat. McKenzie’s Performance Products – All Races/Classes:  1st Place $50 gift certificate.  2 decals – 1 on each side.  Minimum 3 entries per class.

 

Mechanix Wear – All Races/Classes:  1st Place $50 gift certificate in class.  Must have proof of purchase for one pair of gloves from Jim Conner Racing in 2007.  2 decals – 1 on each side.  Get decals from Jim Conner.  Minimum 3 entries in class.

 

Mendeola Transaxles -  All Races/Class 1, 10, 12, 5:  1st Place $250 cash; 2nd Place $150 cash; 3rd Place $100 cash.  Use of product required.  2 decals - 1 on each side.

 

Mickey Thompson Tires -  All Races/Classes:  1st Place $300; 2nd Place $150; 3rd Place $75.  Must start and finish race with Mickey Thompson Tires on all four corners.  2 decals – 1 on each side.  Minimum 3 entries in class.

 

Mobile Radio Communications -  All Races/Classes (except Ltd & Ultd Sportsman Buggy):  1st Place $50 in product/service.  2 decals – 1 on each side.  1st Place (year-end champion) $100 certificate (must use Mobile Radio Communications product).

 

MSD Ignition -  All Races/Classes:  1st Place $100 gift certificate.  Must use MSD ignition box or distributor.  2 decals – 1 on each side.  Minimum 3 entries in class.

PCI Race Radios -  All Races/Classes:  3rd Place $50 product or service in each class.  2 decals - 1 on each side, non-competitive.

 

Racer-X Motorsports -  All Races/Classes:  1st Place $50; 4th Place $25 gift certificate for product.  2 decals – 1 on each side in visible location.  Must finish all required laps/distances.  Minimum 4 entries in class.

 

RaceRunner Shocks -  All Races/Classes:  1st Place $50 gift certificate.  Exclusive use of RaceRunner shocks.  Awards can be combined.  2 decals – 1 on each side.

 

Rancho Suspension – All Races/Classes:  1st Place $100 gift certificate.  Must use Rancho shocks exclusively.  2 decals – 1 on each side.  Minimum 3 entries in class.

Ringers Gloves - All Races/Classes:  1st Place $50 product certificate.  Racer must purchase $25 of Ringers Gloves product and show proof of purchase.  Must run decals.  2 decals - 1 on each side.

 

Shell Racing Fuels – All Races/Classes:  1st Place 55 gallons Shell Racing Fuel ($330 value); 2nd Place 25 gallons Shell Racing Fuel ($150 value); 3rd Place 15 gallons Shell Racing Fuel ($90 value).  2 decals – 1 on each side.  Minimum 3 entries per class.  Awards will be pro-rated in the instance that there are less than 3 entries for any given class.  The amount of gallons awarded will be reduced by 10% for each entrant less than 3.  Awards contingency upon exclusive use of Shell Racing Fuel in the event.  Proof of purchase of Shell Racing Fuel used during the event will be required.  Display of competing product logo voids this contingency posting.  Product certificates for Shell Racing Fuel will be mailed to qualified winners upon receipt of official race results, decal display verification and proof of purchase of Shell Racing Fuel used during the race.

 

Sign Pros – All Races/Classes:  1st Place $50 in product.  2 decals – 1 on each side.  Minimum 3 entries in class.  No other graphic company decals allowed.

 

Sunoco Race Fuel/Dion & Sons - All Races/Classes (except 9, Champ, Ltd. Sptsmn, Ultd. Sptsmn):  1st Place 30 gallons; 2nd Place 15 gallons; 3rd Place 10 gallons.  All product awards are in the form of product.  2 decals – 1 on each side.  Minimum 3 entries per class. 

 

Sway-A-Way - All Races/Classes:  1st Place $100 merchandise certificate.  The certificate is redeemable at Sway-A-Way toward the purchase of $200 or more of product directly from Sway-A-Way.  Must run Sway-A-Way product exclusively.  Must run 2 decals – 1 on each side.

 

Total Chaos Fabrication -  All Races/Class 1450:  (Battle at Primm & The Mint 400) 1st Place $500 cash.  (Dusty Times 250, KC HiLiTES Midnight Special, South Point 250 & WDC must run product for these races to qualify) 1st Place $100 product certificate.  Must run decals.  2 decals - 1 on each side. 

 

Trail Glow - All Races/All Classes:  Night Race:  1st Place $100 Cash or $150 Product with use of lights; $25 credit w/o use of lights.  Day Race/Day into Night Race:  $25.  Only one award per class.  Vehicle must have a minimum of 2 Trail Glow lights over 7” in diameter.  2 decals - 1 on each side, 12 x 2”.  Vehicle must finish required laps.  Minimum 3 entries.  All contingency claims must be submitted with official race results, a completed claim form and proof of all contingency compliance signed by race promoter and a copy of original receipt.  Trail Glow sponsored racers are not eligible.  Claim forms can be downloaded from our website.

 

Transaxle Engineering - All Races/All Classes:  1st in class $250 toward next transaxle/differential service.  2nd Place $100 credit toward next transaxle/differential service.  Minimum 5 vehicles start in class.  2 decals - 1 on each side.

 

Vision-X Lighting - All Races/All Classes:  1st Place $300 in product; 2nd Place $200 in product; 3rd Place $100 in product.  Must run Vision-X lighting only.  Must run 2 large decals, one on each side, and an optional decal on the skid plate or hood.  Minimum 3 entries per class.

VP Race Fuels - All Races/All Classes:  1st Place $75 cash; 2nd Place $50 cash; 3rd Place $30 cash. Minimum 5-entries per class. Weddle Industries - All Races/Class 1, 10, 12, 1-2/1600, 5-1600, 9:  1st Place $150.  Note:  This contingency program is tentative.  Actual contingency amounts will be posted prior to each event.  To qualify for a contingency award, entries must show proof that there are using Weddle Racing Gears in the race vehicle and Weddle Racing Gears decals must be displayed prominently on each side of the vehicle during the race.  Contingency awards must be used toward the purchase of products or services from Weddle Industries.  Only vehicles entered in pro classes are eligible for contingency awards and eligibility is limited to one (1) contingency award per vehicle per event.  All contingency awards must be claimed within one (1) year.

 

Wiks Racing Engines - All Races/Class 1, 5, 5-1600, 9, 10, 12, 1-2/1600, Ltd. Sptsmn Buggy, Unltd Sptsmn Buggy:  Must run Wiks engine.  1st Place $200 toward labor.  2 decals – 1 on each side.

 

Yokohama Tires/Trackside Performance:  All Races/Class 10, 12, 1-2/1600, 5, 5-1600, 9, 11, Champ, Ltd Sptsmn, Ultd Sptsmn:  1st Place 4 tires; 2nd Place 2 tires; 3rd Place 1 tire.  Must start and finish race with Yokohama tires on all four corners.  Minimum 5 in class.  Must fill out Yokohama Contingency form at Tech.  Must run 2 decals – 1 on each side.
