FIRST: Please submit your PRE-ENTRY FORM in order to be placed on the entry list, there is no fee required to be on the entry list. HOWEVER this is a minimum $50 deposit to be in the drawing for starting positions. If your deposit is not received by the drawing date( a week prior to event) then you will not be included in the draw and put in the back of your class.

NEXT: Please fill out the Official Entry Form located on the website - the pre-entry form is NOT the official entry form. The pre-entry form ONLY gets you on the Entry List and into the position draw. It DOES NOT sign you up for the race. Driver of Record MUST send in the Official Entry Form via postal mail/email or fax at least 1 week prior to a race in order to avoid the $35 LATE FEE at sign ups Please remember, by sending in this form, it does not complete your race registration. You must still go to sign-ups/registration, pay your fees (if you didn't early) and pick up your race credentials.YOU MUST DO THIS BEFORE YOU PUT YOUR CAR IN LINE FOR TECH INSPECTION!

FOR TIME TRIAL Participants ONLY- if you are participating in the time trials, you MUST have all paperwork signed and turned in, and all fees paid in full prior to participating in the time trials.

ALL drivers and riders in the race vehicle must have a current SNORE membership which is $30 for one year. Transponders are used for timing/scoring in SNORE and are REQUIRED in order to race. These are available for purchase at sign-up/registration for $80. If you race BITD, these are the exact same transponders and you will be able to use that one instead of buying one from SNORE.
